The Open Qualifying Series 2024 is officially underway, with events beginning as early as November and December in South Africa and Australia. This series of tournaments provides amateur and professional golfers the opportunity to secure a coveted spot in The Open Championship, scheduled to take place in July 2024 at Royal Troon in Scotland.
On Tuesday, four 36-hole final qualifiers were held across Scotland and England, featuring a mix of renowned golfers, including LIV players, and aspiring talents. The results of these qualifiers will be crucial in determining who advances to the final qualifying stage.
The Final Qualifying for The 152nd Open will take place on Tuesday, July 2nd, at four prestigious courses: Burnham Berrow, Dundonald Links, Royal Cinque Ports, and West Lancashire. Only the top performers from these final qualifiers will earn their place in the prestigious British Open Championship at Royal Troon.
